CO-STANZA is one of the main projects led by the Association since 2016. It is a coworking with a baby area, where parents find the cosines of a home and the functionality of an office at the same time. Parents can rent a workstation (desk or independent office) while their children in the next room are supervised by an educator. The space offers its users opportunities for exchange and sharing and paths for professional and personal growth: psychological and pedagogical advice, support for parenting, support for the creation of micro-projects for reconciling life/work and paths for social and professional orientation.
