Training program
The training program and support package for Gender Equality will be provided as OER into the project’s platform and it will include:
– A gender equality Training programme, addressed to employers (i.e. enterprises, businesses, etc.) in the ICT sector; business support organisations in the ICT field; local governments (i.e. municipalities, prefectures, etc.).
– Toolkit for designing mother & career-friendly workplaces in the ICT sector.
The main aim is to allow the ICT business and entrepreneurial ecosystems to self-assess their own offer to attract more women to ICT and to serve their existing female clients in a more customised way.
