FEMIN-ICT’s Final Conference in Technopolis City of Athens

Presentation: Unveiling the Femin-ICT Policy Roadmap Findings

Gabriela Ramírez Rey, the esteemed Project Coordinator of Femin-ICT from Impact Hub Stockholm, took center stage to present the findings of the Femin-ICT Policy Roadmap. As a Journalist, Digital Strategist, and specialist in Gender Equality and DEI, Gabriela provided valuable insights into the roadmap, emphasizing its importance in shaping a more inclusive and equitable future for the tech industry.

Eleftheria Despinara, a seasoned Data Scientist with over 13 years of experience, serves as the Principal Director at Accenture’s global innovation center for Data & AI in Athens. Her expertise lies in overseeing complex data analysis projects for clients worldwide. Recently appointed as the Inclusion & Diversity Lead for the Greek office, Eleftheria is dedicated to promoting a culture of equality. Armed with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences and a master’s in Applied Economics and Finance, she continues to make significant contributions to the tech sector.

 

Zoe Nitsiou – Talent & Development Lead, Deloitte

Bringing over 12 years of HR experience to the table, Zoe Nitsiou spearheads strategies at Deloitte aimed at cultivating a corporate culture centered on feedback, inclusive leadership, and personal and professional development.
